  • Only courses purchased directly from our website (https://www.mypythontrainer.com) are eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Courses where over 20% of the content has been accessed.
    • Courses purchased during promotional or discounted sales.
    • Courses with downloadable resources or materials that have already been downloaded.

2. Refund Process

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Course Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any course if we determine it is necessary. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to all affected users.
